The Dr. Melaxin TX Cream is a brightening face cream for the care of dark spots, areas of discolouration, post-acne marks and an uneven skin tone.

The formula contains 35,000 ppm tranexamic acid and 35,000 ppm niacinamide, equivalent to approximately 3.5% of each ingredient. Tranexamic acid helps make visible discolouration less noticeable, while niacinamide supports the skin barrier and contributes to a more even and radiant appearance.

The cream also contains ceramide NP, panthenol, glutathione, hyaluronic acid, collagen and adenosine. These ingredients help hydrate, soften and smooth the appearance of the skin. The formula is fragrance-free.
