The Dr. Melaxin TX Ampoule RX is a concentrated facial serum for the care of dark spots, discolouration, post-acne marks and an uneven skin tone.

The formula contains 43,000 ppm tranexamic acid and 43,000 ppm niacinamide, equivalent to 4.3% of each ingredient. Tranexamic acid helps reduce visible discolouration and dark spots, while niacinamide supports the skin barrier and helps the skin look more even and radiant.

The ampoule also contains panthenol, allantoin, ceramide NP, glutathione, hyaluronic acid and conditioning peptides. These ingredients help hydrate, soothe and keep the skin supple. The lightweight formula is fragrance-free and contains no artificial colourants.
