What are the return conditions?
At lumeastore, you have a return period of 30 days. This period starts from the moment you receive your order. After this period has expired, the purchase agreement becomes final.
Our general terms and conditions allow you, under certain conditions, to return goods purchased from us.
Register a return
Would you like to return a product? You can easily do so by contacting our customer service. Our team will assist you further. You will receive a return QR code, or a return label
Right of withdrawal – returning items
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the shipment.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (e.g., in writing, by post, fax, or email) that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the 30-day period has expired.
You may use the return form provided by us, but this is not mandatory.
Products related to hygiene, such as body and facial creams, perfumes, brushes, erotic products, and vitamins, cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {customerservice@lumeastore.uk}.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments made up to that point, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery),
We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are on time if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed, unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective delivery by lumeastore.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. This means you may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, products must not be opened or used; otherwise, the depreciation may be up to 100%.
Received a defective or incorrect item
If you receive an item that does not function properly, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
If you receive an incorrect item, first check which item you ordered and which item was confirmed in your confirmation email. Compare the product code on the item with the code in the confirmation email. If they do not match, please contact customer service. They will provide you with the necessary information to return the incorrect item free of charge.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
